- Overkill Tuning - Provides the biggest bang for your buck improvement, fixes throttle response and transmission shift pattern issues which drive me crazy from factory, supports your existing and any future mods with no charge revisions
- Modify Air Filter Housing - The biggest gain aftermarket intakes provide over the factory system is flow to the air filter. You can fix this for free if you're handy by modifying the lower portion of the air filter housing to provide more flow from the fenderwell to the filter
- Intake system with 80mm Throttle Body - Sold together, the intake and throttle body combo provides a noticable improvement in throttle response and higher rpm passing power. At this point it's now worth doing an aftermarket intake like the metal K&N tube system, as the factory intake tube won't fit the larger 80mm. The K&N 63-3084 can fit on the 2016+ ATS with simple modifications to the crankcase breather tubing setup.
- More minor mods - Exhaust work is small gains on the 3.6, but they sure sound great with the right combo.

The Autocal handheld allows you to take the handheld to the vehicle, read the factory file, upload our Overkill tunes and provide scan data using just the handheld unit inside the vehicle. Return to stock calibration whenever you want, apply updates and retunes easily through email with us and Overkill retuning is available at no charge for as long as you own your vehicle. You'll need a computer that can run a windows based program and has a USB port to transfer files to and from the handheld. |

Our 80mm throttle body solution is now available as a stand alone bolt on option for the LGX motor! The factory throttle body is 72mm minus the throttle body shaft diameter, making it quite small for a modern 300+ horsepower motor. This 80mm throttle body dwarfs the factory unit to allow more airflow without restriction. We're seen up to 11 wheel horsepower gain on other GM 3.6 motors and expect very noticable performance gains on the newest 3.6. Uses a brand new throttle body, your factory unit being sent in is not required. You'll need a larger diameter silicone clamp for the larger throttle body opening; those with the AFE, K&N Aircharger 63-3094 (plastic tube) or GMPP intakes will need a 3.5 to 3.25 silicone coupler ( click here ) plus a clamp for up to 4" diameter, K&N Typhoon (metal pipe) intake will need a 3.5 to 3.0 silicone coupler ( click here ) plus a clamp for up to 4" diameter. |

Our 80mm throttle body solution is available in combination with a ported intake manifold for the LGX. Compared to our bolt on solution, this intake manifold has its opening ported and enlarged to match the throttle body size. Along with opening the inlet, porting work is done to the individual cylinder ports to remove plastic casting imperfections and improve the airflow. Combined, the throttle body and manifold should be worth 15-20 wheel horsepower gain on most vehicles, especially those with larger intake tubing. All new parts.
